These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SoftOrg website (https://softorg.com) and the services offered by SoftOrg. By accessing our website or hiring us for services, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Who We Are

SoftOrg is a professional web design and development agency offering website packages, Shopify/WooCommerce store setups, and custom web solutions.

2. Services We Provide

We offer the following services:

• Website Design & Development ($699 Website Package)
  
  
• Shopify & WooCommerce Store Setup
  
  
• Custom Website Builds & Advanced Features
  
  
• Add-ons (Copywriting, Hosting, Logo Design, Maintenance, etc.)

All services are provided under a project agreement or via email confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

$699 Website Package:

• 50% upfront payment required to begin the project
  
  
• Payment is accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or direct bank transfer

Custom or Larger Projects:

• 50% upfront / 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Invoices must be paid within 5 business days unless otherwise arranged.

4. Turnaround Time

Our standard delivery time for the $699 website is 7 business days after we receive all required content, materials, and client approvals.

Delays in providing information, revisions, or feedback may extend delivery timelines.

5. Revisions Policy

The $699 package includes 1 round of revisions after initial delivery.

Additional revisions or major design changes may be billed separately unless part of a custom agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project smoothly, you agree to:

• Provide requested materials in a timely manner (logos, images, content, etc.)
  
  
• Communicate feedback clearly and promptly
  
  
• Ensure all provided content is legal, copyright-free, and accurate

SoftOrg is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or missing materials.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content, logos, or images you provide.

SoftOrg grants you full rights to the completed website upon full payment. We may showcase your site in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

All custom work is original and not reused across other clients.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and time investment, payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Work has not begun
  
  
• A cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to ensure performance, we are not liable for:

• Losses due to third-party hosting issues
  
  
• Downtime caused by platform outages (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
  
  
• Incorrect content provided by the client
  
  
• Delays due to external factors

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment for completed work up to that point.

11. Use of Third-Party Tools

SoftOrg may use third-party tools (like plugins, apps, themes, APIs, etc.) to complete your project. These tools may be governed by their own licenses and may require separate fees.

We will inform you of any paid tools before use.

12. Hosting & Domain Disclaimer

All SoftOrg website packages include 1 year of free hosting provided by a third-party hosting provider selected by our team.

Please note the following important terms:

• Domain name registration is not included in the $699 package. Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their domain names separately.
  
  
• The free hosting is valid for 12 months from the date your website goes live.
  
  
• After the 12-month period, you are solely responsible for renewing your hosting plan to avoid site downtime, data loss, or expiration.
  
  
• We will notify you before the renewal period ends, but SoftOrg is not liable for expired domains, lapsed hosting, or lost data if renewals are not completed on time.
  
  
• If you choose to migrate your site to another host, we can assist at our standard hourly rate.
  
  

🛑 It is the client’s responsibility to manage or renew their domain and hosting services after the 1-year period.
